This policy explains what information Boss Lady Realty collects through bossladyrealty.co, how we use it, and the choices you have. Boss Lady Realty is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage (Laura Spaulding, Broker, license BK3285997) serving Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. “We,” “us” and “our” mean Boss Lady Realty.

Information you give us

When you request a cash offer or contact us, you may give us:

Your name, phone number and email address
The property address and details about the property, such as its type, size, age, condition, repairs needed, occupancy and whether it is listed
Your timeframe and reason for selling, and anything else you choose to write in the message box

Please do not send bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial information through the website form.

Information collected automatically

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, approximate location (city level) and the website or search that referred you. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. It also records when someone submits the offer form or taps our phone number or email link, so we can see which pages lead to inquiries. It does not give us your name, email address or phone number. Server and security logs. Our hosting and security providers automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and protect it from abuse.
Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address, when a page loads.

How we use your information

To review your property and respond with a cash offer, a market value opinion or a listing proposal
To contact you about your property by phone, text message or email, as you agreed when you submitted the form
To keep records of our communications and transactions, as required of a licensed brokerage
To understand how the website is used and improve it
To protect the website and our business from spam, fraud and misuse, and to comply with the law

Text messages and calls

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that Boss Lady Realty may contact you about the property you submitted by phone call, text message or email, using the number and address you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling or emailing you by telling us directly or using the contact details below.

We do not share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies’ advertising. We share it only as needed to do what you asked, or to run our business:

Service providers that run the website and our email on our behalf, including our web host (GoDaddy), our content delivery and security network (Cloudflare), our email delivery service (SMTP2GO) and Google (Analytics and Fonts). They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
People involved in your transaction, if you choose to go ahead, such as a buyer, title company, closing attorney, lender, inspector or other professionals needed to complete the sale.
Legal and regulatory reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up about your property, and afterward for as long as needed to meet our record-keeping obligations as a Florida real estate brokerage and to resolve any disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

How we protect it

The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to inquiry records is limited to Boss Lady Realty. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of calls or emails by asking us.
Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Links to other websites

Our site may link to other websites, such as county property records. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
